Lake Effect Market is being built as a community market, gallery, classroom, and gathering space in downtown Bedford.
We are interested in partnerships with organizations, businesses, schools, nonprofits, civic groups, faith communities, and public agencies that want to support local food, local makers, education, creativity, and community connection.
Partnerships may take many forms, including:
Collaborations around workshops, demonstrations, public events, food access, education, health, sustainability, or local skills.
Helping connect farmers, producers, makers, artists, entrepreneurs, and small businesses with the market.
Working together on pop-up markets, community days, gallery openings, neighborhood events, and public engagement.
Helping support specific projects, events, spaces, equipment, or community-facing improvements.
Offering expertise, materials, equipment, volunteers, meeting space, promotion, or other practical support.
Building relationships that strengthen Bedford, Southeast Cleveland, and the wider Northeast Ohio community.
